    Helpful, patient staff. I'm elderly and wanted to take advantage of an App code promotion running for hours on "National Dessert Day". Visited my local Branch and was advised the promotion had to be ordered on the App. I worked my way through all the details it asked for - fortunately there wasn't a queue - and got there in the end! The chimney cake dessert was nicely presented and the sauces in particular were very tasty. It was also an opportunity to read their regular menu for the future. Worth going!

    I’ve been here a few times but the last times I’ve been the waffles and cookie dough were burnt to the point the cookie dough was hard and I couldn’t put a spoon in it, and the waffle had a horrible burnt taste to it. I had to send the cookie dough back due to it being almost rock hard and I recieved a new one thanks to the friendly staff however the one I recieved was still a little burnt but I didn’t want to send it back again.

    This is an interesting desert shop. You get lots of options here, and they taste delicious. The staff are very efficient. I will definitely return here.Update: we went back a second time, and we enjoyed our dessert still. We, however, found the cutleries dirty. We had to request another.
